The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment and free, fast Wi-Fi. The exceptionally friendly and attentive staff enhanced my overall experience with their warm hospitality, making this hotel an ideal choice for anyone visiting Santiago.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were amazing and very thoughtful. We arrived at midnight after a long flight and they opened up the cafeteria for us to order some food and drinks. The manager Ruben was extremely helpful with my requests and the front desk staff great with recommendations. They also have a washer/dryer in the basement which is very convenient for laundry. Good variety at breakfast, free parking and clean and comfortable rooms!
